OUR MACHINING CAPACITY

Premium Subsea’s full product line is machined in-house. One bay of CNC machining equipment is shown here including horizontal lathes with turning capacity up to 30” diameter with lengths up to 75”, and vertical turning capacity up to 63” diameter. Milling capacity includes three and four axis vertical mills and a horizontal boring mill for drilling and threading large diameter parts. 

All Premium’s CNC machines are fitted with latest-technology controllers; programs are standardized across machines for efficiency as parts move through production.
