OUR HISTORY

Premium Subsea, LLC was formed in 2015 to consolidate the offshore products and proprietary technology developed under PopI International, Inc. (dba Premium Solutions) since the early 2000’s into a separate company focusing on the subsea equipment market. Premium Subsea and Premium Solutions continue to operate as sister companies under common ownership and management. (For more information, see our “Sister Company” page.)

Premium’s principal offering of patented Vent Caps and Port Tubes & Plugs for suction piles was developed to specifically meet requests and requirements of several major E&P companies. Those products, particularly with their featured triple-seal “Anywhere / Anytime” testing, were quickly sought out by customers to replace existing technology for increased reliability (risk mitigation), ease of use, and quality documentation. Within the first few years, Premium Subsea products were installed in deep water projects in the Gulf of Mexico, offshore Brazil, Africa, Indonesia, the North Sea, and other locations worldwide. To date, there have not been any reported failures.

Premium Subsea continues to develop its product line to meet customer-specific requirements, increase features, maintain cost-efficiency and value, and produce reliable highest-quality products.
