SUSTAINABILITY

Premium Subsea's commitment to sustainability is not new – it is the way we do business. We are dedicated to the environment and our community. Our facilities manager holds an MS in Fisheries and Wildlife and keeps a close eye on our efforts. 

• Our custom-designed, Premium-owned building is highly insulated, with reflective double pane windows fitted with honeycomb shades. 
• We use high-efficiency HVAC in the offices and louvered cross ventilation in the shop.
• All lights are LED with motion-sensor switches.  
• Thermostats and landscape sprinklers are fitted with “smart” controllers. 
• All metal scrap and used oil are recycled.
• The company does not purchase bottled water nor disposable cups / serving ware, nor use herbicides or insecticides. 
• A quarter of our land is dedicated to water retention, and over one-half is green space with native plants and limited mowing.
