SUCTION PORT TUBE, PLUG, AND STINGER OPERATION
- PS-6 (Standard 6” bore) Port Tube and Parking Receptacle are welded to the pile top.
- Stinger is placed and locked in the Port Tube by an ROV. Water is pumped through the Stinger to embed or remove the pile.
- Plug is retrieved from Parking Receptacle and placed in Port Tube by ROV, then T-Handle is turned to energize seals. Seals are testable Anywhere / Anytime before launch.

PS SUCTION PORT PLUG
Premium's Suction Plug incorporates the same testable seal design used in Premium Subsea’s PS Vent Cap. PS-06 model utilizes a standard 6 inch bore.
- Bi-directional triple seal – testable Anywhere / Anytime before launch
- Stainless Steel Body and Stem. Upgradable materials available
- Same pressure rating as vent cap
- Quarter-turn ROV friendly lock
- T-Handle tightening to facilitate positive seal

PS SUCTION PORT STINGER
Premium’s Stinger is fitted into the Port Tube for pumping water to adjust embedment of the pile. Features include:
- Bi-directional dual seal – testable Anywhere / Anytime before launch
- Cam-Lock coupling to the hose. Available in 2”, 3”, 4”
- Quarter-turn ROV friendly lock
- Stainless Steel and Aluminum
- Handwheel designed for operation by ROV facilitates positive seal.
