OUR COMPANY

Premium Subsea, LLC is an engineering design and manufacturing company in Tomball, Texas, USA.  Our principal product line is comprised of Vent Caps (Vent Hatch) and Port Tubes, Plugs, and Stingers used on subsea suction piles for foundation, mooring, and hold-down. We focus on innovative technology to meet specific design and quality requirements of major oil companies operating offshore, including in ultra-deep water.

To date, Premium has provided over 850 proprietary Vent System products to customers operating in the Gulf of Mexico and in the waters off Brazil, Australia, Malaysia, Africa, and in the North Sea, with zero failures.

Premium Subsea’s patented Vent System products are known for innovation, reliability, ease of installation and operation. Specialty trims, coatings, materials and configurations are available as well as Vent Cap bore sizes from 12” through 52” handling a wide range of differential pressures.
