OUR LEADERSHIP

Premium Subsea’s Founder and CEO, James Mohrfeld, is a Professional Engineer with in-depth experience in design, technology, innovation, machining, and manufacturing. He holds numerous patents and continually develops new proprietary products, tooling, and methodology.

Jim’s degrees include Mechanical Engineering, MBA, and PhD. He has held numerous teaching positions including at the University of Texas, Rice University, and the University of Houston. Jim heads up Premium’s internal training and technical qualification program, and manages production of drawings, specifications, procedures, and technical documents.
