     Premium Subsea proudly displays its innovative PS-24.2 Vent Caps to welcome Spring 2023.

      Premium’s PS-“Point 2” (“Punto-Dos”) Vent Cap is designed to optimize performance while controlling costs. Enhancements include a 20% greater flow area than previous models, Test Ports on the Closure Plate for simplified on-pile testing, and an ROV-friendly D-Handle interface. These innovative Vent Caps have been well accepted by customers and are in-service in the Gulf of Mexico, North Sea, Black Sea, and Australia. The “Punto-Dos” line joins Premium’s suite of ABS Type-Class approved proprietary Suction Pile products, including Vent Caps, Port Tubes, Port Plugs, and Stingers in a wide range of bore sizes. Specialty configurations, sizes, and materials are available to meet customer specifications.

Premium Subsea celebrates USA Independence Day this year with our patented PS-42 Suction Pile Vent Caps (Hatch Valves) being prepared for deployment in deep water in the Gulf of Mexico. These valves are customized for our major oil company customers. Each product undergoes customer inspection and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for function, sealing, and electrical conductivity.

Premium Subsea’s patented design includes a proprietary sealing technology which allows On-Pile Testing any time before launch in over-pressure and under-pressure conditions to ensure seal integrity. PS-Venting Systems are known for being simple, reliable, and easy-to-operate. Each is built in Premium’s ISO 9001-2015 certified engineering and manufacturing facility in Tomball, Texas, USA. Premium’s PS-Vent Caps are ABS Type Class Approved and are in use worldwide on mooring, manifold, and holdback piles.
