Premium Subsea’s full product line is machined in-house on a full size range of CNC Lathes and Machining centers – using latest controller technology.
Serviced by a 15-ton overhead crane, Premium Subsea’s large Vent Cap components are turned on a vertical CNC Lathe and drilled, tapped, and threaded on a horizontal machining center outfitted with a specially engineered and built large angle plate.
Premium Subsea Vent Cap components (Stems, Flange Bolts, D-Handles, Bearings, etc.) are machined in-house on a series of horizontal CNC lathes and vertical mills.
Premium’s large angle plate on horizontal boring mill, enables operator to fixture four (4) PS-24.2 Flanges for automated machining with one setup.
Premium’s machining capacity allows us to efficiently drill and tap holes in Premium Subsea Vent Cap plates and flanges up to 52” size.
Premium’s custom-designed machine tooling facilitates maintaining tight tolerances for highest product quality.
Premium’s ISO-9001:2015 work processes provide full traceability throughout all operations from receipt of raw materials through assembly and testing.
Premium Subsea’s in-house machined components are quality inspected and shipped to a certified Norsok 7 coating facility.
