PRODUCT APPLICATIONS

Premium Vent Caps and Suction Systems (Port Tubes, Plugs and Stingers) are used by offshore installation operators for ocean floor anchoring applications. 

Pile is landed on ocean floor and self- penetrates with Premium Vent Caps in open position. ROV closes Vent Cap, inserts Stinger in Suction Port Tube. Suction is applied to set the pile at designed depth. Stinger is removed and plug is installed in Port Tube to seal pile.
